บทคัดย่อ ภาษาอังกฤษ

   ABSTRACT
The purpose of this were to create Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) base on Elaboration from Information processing theory and Elaboration theory for developed learning process and study learning achievement, student’s elaboration and student’s opinions with study from CAI base on Elaboration lesson to teach English vocabulary in English is Fun VI for Pratomsuksa VI students.
The sample was selected by cluster random sampling techiques from Anuban KhonKaen school Ampur Muang Chagwat KhonKaen. The sample is one classroom consisted of 40 students. The experimental instrument were (1) a Multimedia CAI base on Elaboration (2) The 30 items multiple choices of learning achievement test had difficulty level ranging from 0.21-0.70, the discrimination power ranging from 0.28-0.52 and the reliability of 0.82 (3) The questionnarie for study the student’s opinions (4) Interview Form to study student’s Elaboration. One- group pretest-posttest design was employed in the study
The experiment of a Multimedia CAI base on Elaboration was separated to 3 phase. Phase 1 To compile the basic data about student’s Elaboration from 200 student Pratomsuksa VI by Pilot-study and Used the data to create a Multimedia CAI. Phase 2 created and developed a Multimedia CAI .
The experiment of Multimedia CAI base on Elaboration has efficiency as criteria 84.00/80.67. Phase 3 The experiment to study learning achievement, student’s opinions and student’s Elaboration. The basic statistics used to analyzed the data consisted Mean, Standard Deviation, Percentile and t-test .The qualitative data from interview used to interpret and explain.
The result of this research found form of a Multimedia CAI base on Elaboration has effect to student Memory efficiency and high learning achievement. The student can made memory form by themselves. The summarize of this research.
1. The conclusion of create the CAI base on Elaboration lesson of English vocabulary. The efficiency as criteria 87.40/81.76 , the effectiveness index of CAI base on Elaboration is 0.69.
2. Achievement of after learning higher than Achievement of before learning. The t- test was significant differences between the Mean before experiment study by CAI base on Elaboration and After experiment study by CAI base on Elaboration .
3. The summarize of format of student’s Elaboration from individually interview- Maximum Group were elaborate new information by their experience and They can made new meaningful for retention, Memory and make understand by picture.
- Medium Group they were elaborate with prior knowledge or prior experience.
- Minimum Group choose to elaborate by picture’s detail and they was satisfied in that picture bring into meaningful of vocabulary.
4. The student’s opinion of a Multimedia CAI base on Elaboration. The students like to learn English vocabulary from a Multimedia CAI base on Elaboration. It means that CAI base on Elaboration can help student to manage subject for study .By the way it is the most suitably applicable to learn English vocabulary.
