   Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of using web based-learning with cooperative learning in 212 501 Instructional Technology of Graduate Diploma Program in Teaching Professional students, Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University.The purposes of this study were 1) to study learners’ learning achievement by using web based-learning with cooperative learning in 212 501 Instructional Technology. 2) to study the learners’ opinions toward using web based-learning with cooperative learning in 212 501 Instructional Technology. The target group was 26 Graduate Diploma Program in Teaching Professional students of Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University who registered 212 501 Instructional Technology in the first semester 2002 academic year. The research instruments were as following: 1) the learning activity framework of using web based-learning with cooperative learning 2) 4 topics of web based-learning such as: Educational technology and Innovation in Education, Communication and Instruction, System Approach and Instructional Model and Instructional media 3) 40 items of four choices achievement test 4) Interview questionnaire about the learners’ opinions toward using web based-learning with cooperative learning. In order to examined the learners’ learning achievement and opinions toward using web based-learning with cooperative learning One Group Pretest-Posttest Design was employed in this study. The results revealed that:
1) The progress of learners’ learning achievement scores in 212 501 Instructional Technology were found in this study.
2) The learners’ opinions toward learning by using web based with cooperative learning found that they satisfied with this learning activities. Furthermore they thought that using web based with cooperative learning resulted in:
• encourage the skills and process of inquiry and construct the knowledge.
• the process of transaction of the knowledge during cooperative learning make them deep understanding in the learning contents, nice cooperation between the learners and also leading to open mind person.
