ABSTRACT
This research is designed as a case study which the objective is to search for the factors contribution to school success. Ban Dongbung pattana cchool, tambon Nampleag, Amphoe Amnat Chareon, Ubon Ratchathanee is a sample of the study. The time spent in collecting data was seven : months ( October 1984 to August 1985 ) . The methods of data collection were formal, informal interview and documentary study. Not only that, in order to get into detail evidence the researchers also use observation technique. The instruments for data collecting were photograph, tare recorder, interview guide and field notes. The result of the study :
The research found the five interesting factors that contribute to the school success they are the community characteristic, the community awareness leadership style, management technique, and group work.
